By using Blaze services, website, or mobile app (KPN Express), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Services
Blaze provides EV charging network access including station location, session management, and payment processing through the app.
3. Accounts & Payments
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Session fees are charged to your selected payment method. Refunds are handled case by case.
4. Use & Safety
Use charging stations safely and lawfully. Do not misuse equipment or the app. Follow on-site instructions and vehicle manufacturer guidelines.
5. Liability
Services are provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Blaze is not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant session.
